AI Product EngineerAI 开发工程师

Use AI coding agents, React/Next.js, Node/Python and LLM/RAG/agent workflows to turn client needs into production software.用 AI coding agent、React/Next.js、Node/Python、LLM/RAG/Agent 工作流，把客户需求快速做成可上线的软件。

Strong TypeScript, React, Next.js, databases and deployment skills.熟练 TypeScript、React、Next.js、数据库和部署，能独立交付端到端功能。
Understands LLM APIs, tool calling, RAG, agent workflows, evaluation, logs and safety boundaries.理解 LLM API、tool calling、RAG、agent workflow、评测、日志和安全边界。
Comfortable decomposing ambiguous work into short, inspectable tasks with Codex, Claude Code and Cursor.习惯把问题拆成短周期任务，能和 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor 等工具高质量协作。
Cares about review, tests, performance and maintainability, not only generation speed.有代码审查、测试、性能、可维护性意识，不只追求生成速度。

AI UI/UX DesignerAI UI/UX 设计师

Own high-quality interfaces, brand visuals, design systems and AI-assisted design workflows from concept to developer-ready files.负责高质量产品界面、品牌视觉、设计系统和 AI 辅助设计流程，把模糊概念推进到可开发稿。

Fluent in Figma components, variables, auto layout, prototypes and handoff standards.熟悉 Figma、组件库、变量、auto layout、prototype 和设计交付规范。
Understands UI/UX, information architecture, interaction states, responsive layout and usability.理解 UI/UX、信息架构、交互状态、响应式布局和产品可用性。
Uses AI tools for style exploration, copy, assets and rapid prototypes while keeping strong taste judgment.能使用 AI 工具做风格探索、文案、素材、快速原型，但保留审美判断。
Works with engineers to verify design quality in the real browser.愿意与开发一起验证设计在真实浏览器里的效果。

Product Manager产品经理

Clarify client needs, define scope, manage delivery rhythm and make sure the team ships something useful and explainable.从客户沟通、需求澄清、范围拆解到验收交付，确保团队做的是能上线、能被使用、能解释价值的产品。

Experience with websites, SaaS, apps or mini-program projects.有软件、网站、SaaS、App 或小程序项目经验，能写清楚 PRD、验收标准和优先级。
Can write clear PRDs, acceptance criteria and priorities.懂基本技术边界，能和工程师讨论 API、数据、权限、上线风险。
Understands basic technical boundaries around APIs, data, permissions and launch risk.能在模糊场景里推动决策，知道什么先做、什么不做。
Can drive decisions in ambiguity and manage client communication.具备客户沟通、项目节奏管理和复盘能力。
